Loud click on rear passenger door

When I open my rear passenger door from the outside there is a noticeable click. Sounds like it's coming from the lock assembly / actuator. Only happens after the door has been locked and then unlocked. Took it to the dealer they verified the sound. They ordered a new lock assembly / actuator. After they installed the new assembly click is still there. They said they opened a case with Toyota. Anyone else experience this? Looking for a solution. Thanks

Possibly a door check assembly issue. Mine failed and replaced by dealer. When I opened my front passenger door I would hear a bunch of clicks like an actuator or sensor.

That was was complaint #1 my other complaint was my key fob range was only 10ft or so. They acknowledged that the door check was an issue and the key fob was normal. Once they fixed the door check my key fob range was sorta normal.
