Limited Hybrid trunk motor does not completely raise open

The trunk will not completely raise open after pushing the release button under the rear window. Has anyone else had this issue?

the power back door can be custom set to open to a specific position
have you reset this using the procedure in the manual ?

If you stopped it while opening it is now set to open that far.

Yes it can be trained to open to various positions
As mentioned the solution is in the manual.
The other button with the lock has various confusing functions that I will never touch it again.

FYI if your back window is down, the trunk will not open. It’ll unlatch and move a few inches then beep at you and stop. No idea why it’s a thing, but it is.
