Took delivery of my 6G Limited February 25th, 264 days after I put down a deposit for it. It was originally suppose to be a 2025, but as it took so long, it’s a 2026.
First impression- learning all the tech, button location and symbols/icons is going to be a daunting challenge. Going from my previous ride, a 2010 SR5 to this 2026 is like going from a ‘horse & buggy’ to a ‘spaceship’. I have no more muscle memory to rely on.
The Windchill Pearl colour is impressive. I have never been a fan of white but the WC Pearl is a different animal. The website and other photos on this forum do not do the Portabello interior justice.
The ride and handling is great.
One thing to note is the horn is not the ‘meep meep’ discussed on this forum. Looking at the horns through the grill, they do not look like the premium versions, but sound more like them than the Fiat horn. Might not have to upgrade.
Swapped out the OEM stock rims and tires for the remainder of our winter up here, replaced with 17” Toyota steel winter rims and 265 70R17 BFG T/A’s.
Will report further impressions after I drive it some more.
