Has anyone tried a 275/60/R20 on stock 20" Platinum wheels?

I'm trying to learn what the tire possibilities are on an unmodified 4Runner with 20" wheels. Has anyone tried the 275 60 R20? Any other suggestions that allow a full choke without modification?

Looks like it becomes 33" with that spec.

Wild quess is it should be fine without rubs
