Received this image in an email from Toyota marketing their EV lineup. Does anyone else see the red SUV in the top right corner being a 4runner? Can’t really zoom in but would be interested to see what others think.

Are we sure that’s not just a Highlander/Kluger?

But looking closely again it looks like the mirrors are not mounted to the door and the rear fenders don’t seem to match the Highlander either. Here’s a photo of the Tacoma it’s probably based on for comparison. Hmmmmmm

If ANY of those would be a 4runner, I would think it to be the blue suv to the bottom right of the red one you're looking at.

It's marketing, so it doesn't carry much weight. As a CMO, our motto is don't let the truth get in the way of a good story.

you can tell thats a sequoia, too big to be a 4R and the running lights are the same as the tundra

So now the trunk would be full to the roof with batteries? The current hybrid version is so ridiculous with that afterthought of a battery so I can imagine how a BEV 4Runner would be.
