Sooooo dumb my parts are ordered tied to my vin so even if I call around and find a dealer with them in stock I am stuck waiting. Dam Toyota can’t even ship shit in boxes let alone cars that don’t squeal.

The squeal is persisting strongly both cold and hot in reverse only.

Brought my SR5 in for an oil change @2300.miles. Brought up the brake squeal (happened a few times). They couldn't replicate it, but are fixing it under the TSB. Waiting on parts
Mine got fixed today my parts were ordered last week still on back order but they mentioned the tundra tsb has the same part numbers and they had those and fixed it. Worth asking

Thanks for the tip. If it happened more than once or twice, I'd find another dealer with parts. The one I bought it from is the largest around, but I've never been impressed. I'll wait it out
Mine is still making noise. Tsb was yesterday…. So now instead of hearing it everytime I reversed now it seems to happen only if it’s been sitting off for a while. Back out makes noise and I won’t hear it backing out again until I leave it and come back after a while.

That’s terrible! Mine is still not making any noise. I wonder if they gave you the Tundra brakes that were under their own recall last year. Or maybe your disc/rotor got too worn out from the original.
Took my SR5 in yesterday to get inspected, it only happened a couple times but luckily they were able to replicate it so getting the parts ordered and getting fixed up in about a week or so.
Was afraid they were going to give me the runaround of "sorry, it sounded fine when had it".

Took mine in today to get inspected for the TSB and when I came back they said they surprisingly had all the parts in stock and were able to replace everything today! God is good!

Had mine done Friday on a 2024 Toyota Landcruiser Bev Smith Toyota Ft Pierce took 90 minutes. The nasty back up screeching I’ve had since I bought this truck September 2024 is gone at least for right now.
