Front Air Dam & Valance Color on TRD Off-Road Premium?

I recently got a TRD OFF ROAD PREM, first thing I had to do was remove the front air dam. Immediately I noticed the valance color was silver and not black. I assumed it was black behind the cover but anyone else have a silver valance on their OFF ROAD PREM?

I thought only the Limited and Trailhunter have the silver bumpers. Is your rear bumper silver too to match or black?

It is dark gray to match the front valance, apologies for the confusion. Just wished it came in black to match the car.
