Even after the lift kit isn't the rear still taller than the front? not 100% factory rake but 1" less?
Also the reason I'm not a fan of leveling kits, "Carolina squat"
Three of the "12157‑10010" (silver) fill and drain for rear and fill for the front
and the front uses "90430‑24017"(copper) for drain.
Wait so is the bottom ones the old ones? they all look the same
If its anything like mine I finally found the noise after a year its this little trim piece, it rattle faintly and temps affect it significantly, I knew it was this piece cause when it was rattling i would apply some pressure to it and it goes away.
I keep a tire inflator in mines I wonder if keeping the spare slightly deflated would work. I did think about 275/70/18 that's definitely the safe route but I'm trying to see if 285 from those specific brands would work, I also wouldn't mind modding the spare tire area a bit
I’m planning to upgrade tires soon, and after scouring the forums and Facebook groups (maybe I missed something), I haven’t found any concrete evidence on whether 285/70R18 tires will fit on the TRD upgraded rims (flat black, +45mm offset), specifically the (Falken Wildpeak AT4W in C load or the...
I might get a carista and try disabling the ESE and ANC to see if this still persist. I've gotten used to the high pitch hybrid noises when in electric mode but the speakers are almost unbearable sometimes. Worst case I go to the dealer ( I DO NOT want to)
So my audio sounds fine and everything “works” as it should but I DO have a “static” , hissing , or white noise in my speakers (any of them mostly the front driver dash board). When its dead quiet i can hear noises from the speakers with my volume turned off whether its connected to car play or...
I wonder if fishing the bolts through the frame would be better/stronger than the "solutions" we have to do now because toyota forgot to add threads to the frame for some models.
Like either turn the volume knob all the way down or press it to mute the song or radio. I also tried disconnecting apple car play thinking it might be a connection glitch but it still present with no car play connection.
wait is there any audio equipment under the front passenger seat? I have a dash cam battery pack tucked there not sure if thats causing any issues I dont think so.
its not really like static but maybe like white noise? its a noise when the audio is muted, theres a slight hint of the noise when the music is set to a very low volume. I hear it more on the speakers located on the dash and the rear door top speakers but not the removable speaker
