Frank the Tank is complete. 15% rear tint was added as well as 50% on the front, just not the windscreen.

Gonna look great after he gets filthy for the first real time and also covered in pine pollen. Running on the dunes only gets him kinda dirty. Oh, also had an ARB single motor brushless installed.

MODS:

RCI rock sliders
ARB single motor brushless compressor (the twin motor wouldnā€˜t fit)
Rear tint 15%, front tint 50% (SolarGuard Vortex Ceramic) (nothing on windscreen) NYTOP recovery points (black, can’t really see ’em)
3M 2080 vinyl wrap in Matte Military Green (M26) and Flat Black on almost everything that was shiny black. Some parts were just a little too textured for it to work(front grill and rear hatch button thingy)
Roof rack removed (see original thread)
Steps removed (see original thread)
Swapped for non-scoop hood

Iā€˜m not going to do much of anything else. The ONLY further thing I’m kinda waiting for are close to or exact spec bead lock rims so I can run KO3’s when I go on my serious camping. These Toyos have been great so far in the Oregon dunes.

Can you please post the specifics on how you mounted the ARB compressor?

I may be wrong but right next to the fuse box there seems to be threaded holes and the perfect amount t of space for a compressor. Seems as if they intentionally left that space free so folks could mount one of they wanted too.

@BlinkerFluid , you’re correct BUT the holes don’t match up with the housing bracket holding the compressor. So you’ve got to drop in some legs and stuff to make it work. A dude on YT showed his way but he’s not an installer. I know mine isn’t going anywhere.

i’d have to talk to the shop because they came up with their own ingenious way how to mount it
That’s exactly how I want to mount one but I haven’t seen any mounting brackets for them yet.

I guess met the right guy with the right creativity who designed his own brackets
