does adding a 1.5-2” spacer to my 2025 TRD Off-road Premium affect my sensors or camera in the front or anywhere for that matter? Can I just slap on the spacer with no issues? Or do I have to have it adjusted? I’d like to know from people who have actually added the spacer and have experienced before and after.
Lastly I’m looking at adding 1.5” spacer and going to 33” tires instead of the 32” it comes with.

Thanks for you help!!!

I’ve had no issues with 1.25” Peak leveling kit re camera or sensors - everything seems fine after about 1000 miles. Not sure if larger level would cause issues. I avoided any more level because even the 1.25 is constraining downtravel.

Our stock tires on TRD OR are 32.6”. You can certainly go to 33 with no issue. (275/70R18 are 33.2”). From personal experience 285/70R18 33.7” wheels on +20 offset TRD Pro wheels will require removing the crash plate. If I were to do it again I would go with 275/70 and avoid that (at the expense of a bit of ground clearance.)

After these stock 265/ 70/18 wear out I will contemplate going with the 265/75/18 the 75 figure is the aspect ratio and that will give me a little more ground clearance.

As far as leveling goes I would never use a spacer, I will only go with a strut that is designed to give the added lift through base perch.
Bilstein will be coming out with their leveling kit probably early next year. ( hopefully). I will go with that like I did on my 5th gen it has excellent valving
And keeps Factory articulation without any coil slap. But this is just my two cents here.

265/75/18 would seem to be the ideal compromise: almost as big (diameter) as the 285/70s (33.6" vs 33.7") but that .1" and being narrower lessens the rub risk. Alas, I could find no tires available in that size (lots of R17 but no R18s out there that I could find - maybe that will change with the G64R using 18" wheels on all its off-road oriented trims).

Well that's interesting, I have not really looked at what is out there in that size, I think Michelin might make that size but maybe not as aggressive, I think they call it their Trail Tire.
