After dragging my undercarriage on the roads on a friend's ranch, I decided to put a lift kit on my 2025 TRD Offroad. My 2018 G5 had a Dobinsons kit that I was happy with, so I decided to go with them again. Exit Offroad is one of their U.S. distributors and they helped me figure out what would work best for my situation. I ultimately settled on the C59-816 coils up front (~2.5" lift) and C59-885V coils in the rear (~1.5" lift) with the IMS shocks all around (w/ OME UCA's and a Dobinsons diff drop).
The front springs were very close to spec (~2 5/8" lift) but the rear springs gave a bit more lift than I had hoped (~2 1/8"). Both should settle a bit over time. The road feel is improved with the springs being a bit more firm than stock and the shocks providing better dampening. Driving it on local roads, I am "hearing" bumps and expansion joints that I used to "feel" with the stock suspension. The vehicle also feels more stable when taking sweeping freeway overpasses at speed. I'll have feedback on how it does on the ranch at the end of next week and will report back. Thus far I am liking the end result.
