Just got my Cobb/CAM Tune in and with the 1st basic tune to get the ball rolling on my 2025 TRD Pro it straight up delivers!! Smooth shifts no crazy searching for gears and great power especially in the midrange speeds and higher speeds. Pick up and go is at the pedal an I know there’s more to come out of it yet. Throttle is responsive and torque feels good and smooth. Also CAM is very responsive and will help with whatever. If you guys need or want any more information feel free to ask. Set up was a breeze also once you get going. If you’re on the fence about it I can tell you it’s worth the money for what you get out of it!
Once you flash the ECU / TCM with that piggy back cord (non-obdII cord) do you ever need to use that separate piggy-back cord again, or can you simply uninstall / install with the OBD2 alone?

Any Trailhunters done it yet? Does it suffer at all using the high air intake over the switching to the TRP Pro cold air?

You don’t need the CAN connect cable again after initial install.

From your experience, have you seen any Toyota issues / knowledge of the ecu being flashed with warranty concerns? I hear mixed thoughts.

I have not. I have a customer who’s a service manager at Toyota and he had to do a recall on his truck. He unmarried the AP, connected their software, and sent me screenshots confirming there was no record of a flash and the ecu presented as stock.
