I wondered what you meant. Does BFG make a KO2 or KO3 in D?
For now you can still buy both options but the ko3 offers improvements like better wet and mud traction and are far superior than the ko2s were. They are transitioning to the ko3s only and will be adding more tire sizes so eventually they will have the c load as well. The BF Goodrich sales rep said eventually in the not too near future KO2s will not be found anymore.

Any idea how much we can sell our OEM tires for on the marketplace?

I think I'll immediately switch to 265/70-18 KO3s in load range D, which will help my towing (these weigh 55 lbs each). Then when the 275 comes out in a D, I'll switch. And maybe by then I'll go to 285 with the Westcott lift.

Thank you guys for all of this info! I appreciate it.

TH wheels on an actual TH trim. Can I go to a 285 without a lift? I guess I forgot that the TH comes with a lift out of the box!

Thanks for clarifying!
285/70/R18 with a + 18 on my TRD Pro. I rubbed fender liner on dips and also at full lock. I have the Westcott Preload Collar Lift now.
