Hello! just wanted to share my install of the Arc Rite Grille/Brush 2025+ 4Runner.

2025 Toyota 4Runner Grill Guard Brush Guard Powder Coated Black - Made in Texas | eBay

First of all, the order and shipping were reasonable and easy, (Granted I'm also in Texas so experience may vary.)

Took a week or so for the manufacturing process and just a few days to ship.

Brush guard was extremely well packaged, they could've drug it here behind the truck and it would've been fine.

The build itself feels quality and install takes less than an hour or so. (Its definitely not some cheap thin metal junk like you see a lot of on ebay) Did it by myself except for just needing my wife to help me hold it at the top until I got the bottom bolts started.

Bottom bolts on to right where the tow hooks are, just take the bolts out of there, remove the hooks, put this on.

You COULD stop there, it's plenty solid without the upper mount, but I went ahead and did the top as well:

The plastic cover that goes here comes off very easy. (Shoutout to Toyota for making plastic clips that don't immediately disintegrate when you remove them.)

It does go back on afterwards, just had to trim a bit on the under side to clear the right bracket.

And that's it, easy money installation.

Would I use it to push cars out of the way? No, but will it protect the front of your 4Runner from brush and the like? yes.

I also later added some extra fog lights to it using these brackets: (it does not from manufacturing have light mounting holes).

What gauge tubing is that? and what was the weight? The webpage had zero information on gauge and weight of guard. I was surprised to see it cost that same as a Ranchhand.

Not exactly sure, they do have a contact us on their website. They were also pretty quick to reply on the ebay messenger.
It definitely is the most I’ve ever spent on one of these. But nobody else is making them for the 6th gen and Westin shelved the idea all together according to their customer service.

bracing the top of the guard into the front grill/radiator support is wild... I've never seen that for obvious reasons.

Thanks for sharing the detailed pictures. I have a 2026 TRD Sport Premium. Does the brush guard interfere with the parking sensors or the radar?
Thanks

So mine doesn't have the parking sensors being an SR5, but no warning messages or intereference with the adaptive cruise.

well dont expect much for bracing due to how thin that support bar is outside of brushes and what not.

might survive a lite tap in a parking lot but not much more.

i use to love the look of push bars and brush guards, but over the years i have realized they cause more damage in a wreck then helping in the back country.

i usually suggest people get a true bumper replacement/brush guard then those that just bolt to the frame using 2/4 bolts.
