ARB front bumper fits Trailhunter?

Will this bumper fit 4runner trailhunter? It seems that everything 4th gen taco fits 6th gen 4runER.

Please let me know what you find out. I assume that if frame mounts are spaced and position same in both chassis then it should fit on either...

and those huge open pockets is going to do wonders for your mpg, and whatever else that air resistance is going to cause.

upside though, you get some awesome air cooling

Nothing my grinder can't handle I have been cutting stuff for over 20 years.
I didn't buy 4runner for mpg's either so not too concerned and extra cooling is good!

i guess i would be more concerned about the resistance causing the engine to work slightly harder to push a bigger area wise brick thru the wind (more frequent oil changes ???, air filter debris ??? more bugs to clean off ???)

othe concern would be weather elements eaiser access to componenets, but meh, should be good since rain storms have about the same access if you are going down the highway at 75mph.

but the bumper does look nice an rugged looking on that front end though.

I found a couple articles on Google hat give you some insights to what you will be facing.

Putting a 2024 Tacoma front bumper on a 2025 4Runner requires custom bracket fabrication, body-line trimming, and wiring adjustments, because while they share the same TNGA-F platform DNA, their outer body panels and mounting alignment differ [0.15]. [1, 2, 3]
Structural and Body Modifications

• Custom Brackets: The frame horn alignment points and mounting hole locations differ between the pickup truck and the SUV, meaning factory or bolt-on Tacoma brackets will not line up directly with the 4Runner frame [0.15].
• Trimming and Cutting: The outer edges where the bumper meets the 4Runner’s front fenders, headlights, and wheel wells require precise cutting to match the distinct body lines of the SUV. [1]
• Grille Alignment: The lower portion of the Toyota Tacoma Grille integrates differently with the 4Runner fascia, requiring adjustment or swapping the matching Tacoma front clip components for proper alignment [0.15]. [1]

Electrical and Sensor Adjustments

• Wiring Harness: The parking assist sensor and fog light wiring plugs differ slightly in routing length, requiring custom wire extensions or a new sub-harness. [1]
• Sensor Calibration: Parking sonar and Toyota Safety Sense radar modules must be unbolted from the original setup, transferred, and digitally recalibrated to adjust for the new angles. [1, 2]

So, yes it appears it can be done, and looks great on the Google pictures. It also mentions some Utube articles

TLDR: any reputable fab shop can do it. He didn't answer my question regarding when a 6G specific bumper will be released.

Thanks for the update. Yeah...if they only released 6gen version by now we wouldn't have to wonder if it fits .
I got a Venza rear corner parked into my front corner so I need to replace few bottom plastic pieces and one headlamp ( 1500 for a headlamp seems crazy to me but hey ) so I'm torn between doing all that or just cutting it out and installing baja bumper... I'm 95% leaning towards the baja install

It will work since it is made for it. I however would like the ARB. I looked at CBI, Rago, Dissent, Westcott, and many others.... All of them are low cut that save the original radar in place but also leave the bottom horizontal trim right above which I don't like personally.

What specifically is not fitting? Frame mounts, sensors placement, taco vs 4runner front profile? Please explain. It's my engineering curiosity responsible for the questions.
