Looks like the power limitation remains unchanged from the 5th gen.
1) Is there a similar workaround to the 5th gen by means of a wire harness?
2) Any YouTube videos for the 6th gen on this topic? I couldn’t find any. On the 6th gen even if there is a harness available, it looks like the entire rear panel needs to be removed to access the inverter.
3) With a harness workaround is there a safety concern, documented somewhere, with charging around 300W while driving?
As an FYI see 4 scope pictures below.
1st pic: Outlet floating
2nd pic: EcoFlow Delta 2 max, no load

Bad news for EcoFlow, the lowest max charge 200W. So while driving it won’t charge from AC since the outlet is limited to 100W. The only option is to charge from 12V which sucks, since it’s limited to 100W, and no 12V socket in the back.
One can potentially conclude that Toyota engineers don’t go camping
