34-35s???

I am torn on tire size for my platinum with wescott 2.5 leveling.
suggested is 295/70/18 for my 18x9 with 19 offset rims.
I’ve considered 305/70/18s up to 35s.
this is a daily driver and will be doing next to no rugged off-roading. Simply rugged stance and personal preference.
I think I’ve ruled out the 35s because aside from removing crash brackets and mudflaps. I don’t want to do any more trimming, etc..
Anyone have any insight on the 295 versus 305 fitment and drivability with the 2.5 inch leveling kit? .

I went with 34”s but I plan to move to a 35” as soon as I need new tires.

He’s gonna be trimming vs not having to trim on the Pro or Trailhunter as it comes stock with more clearance.

34’s on my TH. No trimming just removed crash plates. Pro or TH won’t need trimming with 34’s

I went with the Westcott kit but with 17" wheels and I am at 315/70R/70 (34.5", so like a guy I always round up to 35"). no trimming at all, crash bar still intact and all stock mud guards are still there with no rubbing (looking to upgrade for deeper and wider ones though).

Yeah. Definitely on a Trailhunter clearing 34s isn’t hard to do. You don’t need to trim. Some folks run 18x9 wheels though. Not 17s
