  1. What did you do to your 6th Gen 4Runner today?? πŸ‘¨πŸ»‍πŸ”§ 🧰 πŸ›

Yup, big time sag with the stock ORP stock spring. Even Westcott said that the stock ORP spring is very soft (I like the term squishy). So we went with a stiffer Eibach 500lb spring and sport shock. I don't rock crawl so I didn't go full out on the rear suspension but enough to support the extra...

Oh yeah!!! I had to turn it off in the center console settings. First time it happened it scared the living daylights out of me.

Here is the rear view camera blocked by the rear hitch swing out. Pretty much worthless. The Wolfbox G900 Tri Pro rear view camera on the rear spare tire in backup mode. Added some cones to show the FOV area, sorry I could not get them right on the edge but next photo should help with the...

Yeah the stock rear view camera (on main display) is completely blocked by the spare tire and the floor jack mount but the WolfBox shows their camera on the rearview mirror and if you attach the brake light wire it will give you a full uncropped view with adjustable guide lines, although they...

I use a Wolfbox G900TriPro and you can see the rear view camera mounted on the rear spare tire at the bottom of the license plate. I am going to mount the front bumper one under the truck facing forward (probably behind the driver's wheel somewhere near the transfer case or trans case) to see...

Nah, she's proud of that weight after 25-years of marriage. Now, I have to get my fat ass back to my honeymoon weight.

Yes, most of the holes are 1/4 x 20 holes that you can use for tie downs or pretty much anything that you support with that size bolt. Be advised that some of the holes are not functional if there is a bracket underneath for the support of the platforms, but not many are blocked.

Sure, here is the rear seat delete platforms. This includes the rear section and the rear-seat delete section. And here is the full rear hitch swing out from Westcott.

OK, sorry for delay but here are the weight comparisons... Back in March with just the 35" tires and 17" rims upgraded, and the half the rear swing out hitch mount with the 35"/17" spare. Now, today with the full skid plate protection, full length roof rack (Westcott), Westcott rock sliders...
  13. Stock Tire Pressure - TRD ORP

I forgot to mention, altitude at the time of inflation matters if you plan on going either up or down in altitude. Example, if you live at 1000-1500ft and you travel to 7500-9000ft your tire pressure will slowly go up and reverse if you go down. We live at 1250ft elevation and I keep my tires at...
  14. Stock Tire Pressure - TRD ORP

I ran 33psi while I had them. Actually that is also the pressure I run my 35s.
  15. On Road Ride Quality - TRD Off Road vs TRD Pro

Never needed to. I have never owned a car that I have NOT test driven and then though "Wow, this car drives horrible." Besides, I change so much in the first few months (wheels, tires, suspension, etc) that it never drives the same as it did when I first got it. Test driving it seems moot.
  16. On Road Ride Quality - TRD Off Road vs TRD Pro

When I got my TRD ORP to take home I drove it a few miles and I was like WTFBBQ!!! The ride was horrible and bumpy as hell. I checked the tire pressure and the dealer had them at 45PSI. I asked them about it later and they said that they do that since most people usually inflate them that high...

The rear shock skid is a bit tricky to install since it requires bolts from both sides. Very little room without removing the wheel and that internal bolt bracket is a bear to hold in place. If you are comfortable removing the LCA then you should not have any issues with the those skids. If you...
  19. Chipped front facing camera in 6-months.

Just my luck, 6-months is all it took for a rock to chip my front facing camera. Right in the middle of the camera no less. From what I can tell, a replacement camera is going to cost about $750-900 installed and calibrated. Any suggestions on how I can take preventative measure to avoid this...
