Tested an Ice Cap yesterday. Drove wonderful, but now I am starting the negotiating between two local dealers.
TLDR; Do y'all consider paying MSRP to actually mean you don't pay for delivery? Just doc fee ($225) and tax 6.25%?
MSRP from Toyota's site is $67,700.
Sticker "SRP" is total of $71,952.
This includes $1595 delivery and processing fee.
$2682 of add-ons, most of which I wouldn't have added.
Cargo Lights D-Pillar - $399. I would have actually added those.
Rear Hatch Letter Inserts - Black - $99. I wouldn't have added this as I prefer the bronze to match the wheels.
Ball Mount - $89, naw bro.
Retractable Cargo Cover - $199. Overpriced, but I use them.
Connectivity Kit - $89 for the USB cables, they should be ashamed.
Dash Cam - $499. Way overpriced, but I do like it is fully integrated and warrantied. Can take or leave.
Heritage Grill Letter Overlays - Black Reflective $235. Same, would have preferred the bronze.
Mud Guards - $179. Not for an off-roader.
Vehicle Protection Package Premium - $599. Another ballsy move.
Rear Cargo Organizer - $159. Overpriced, but useful.
All-Weather Cargo Tray - $150. Ditto as above.
They wanted to add two different line items for "protection packages", each for $1999 adding $4000 to my price. Nope.
I guess all of this is to ask, when y'all say you pay MSRP, do you mean closer to, or at $67,700. Or we are supposed to be covering the $1595 delivery. Now, this is a 2025. They have a 2026 on the boat now I could reserve with no money down in Everest, which is the color I wanted anyway, but the numbers are almost identical with what they added on.
I did search through some threads but didn't see this talked about back to January or so.
