2026 4Runner TRD ORP Build on 35" Toyo Open Country ATIII Tires & Method Wheels w/ Diode Lighting, AWE 0FG Exhaust + Westcott Lift

Finally wrapped up my TRD Off Road Premium build (gas). The goal was a clean OEM+ off-road setup.

Really happy with the final product, especially with the AWE exhaust – it makes this build sound the way it looks. The Toyo + Westcott combination also makes for a very smooth ride, it feels planted and handles extremely well.

Huge thanks to Mike at Beast Off Road (IG: @6ixrunner) for helping bring everything together. Mike and his team are experts when it comes to off-road builds and did a phenomenal job with mine. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in the GTA looking to build their truck.

Yes, these headlights are from the TRD Pro trim. Completely plug and play.

It’s amazing - really impressed with it. Not getting any drone and it sounds beautiful. I find myself turning the music off just to listen to it sometimes!

Looks beautiful man. The black on black actually goes well, i usually find when people do that it blends all together not well but you pulled it off nice here.

I really appreciate it! I think the mix of matte fender flares, mirrors, door handles, and lower valences helps break up the black and keeps it from blending together too much.

You order the OEM pro parts without the VIN? I’m in canada and the don’t wanna order without the VIN for pro trim

I got lucky and was able to order without having to provide a VIN. DM me if you have any questions.

For the Canadians: I have a Trailhunter upper + lower grille for sale and am willing to ship it if anyone is interested.

There is a dealership in a nearby province that will allow you to omit the VIN number and just has a disclaimer at the bottom saying they may call you to request it for fitment, but it says they won’t ship to me from there

That is one awesome build. Congrats! A inspiration build for sure. Did your local dealer reprogram the front camera or was it plug-n-play? My dealer seems reluctant to deal with it. Makes me hesitant to do the grill swap.

Wha exactly did you have to do to get those 35s to fit? Crash played, mud flaps and pin felt? Plus any trimming / viper cut?
thinking of going 295/70/18 to try and avoid trimming

Thank you! To my surprise, my front camera didn't need to be reprogrammed. It functions the same way as it did prior to the grille swap.
