I'm considering buying this matte film, but I need to be certain there's no refraction when wearing polarized sunglasses. I recently installed a glass protector and as soon as I put my glasses on, I couldn't see the screen anymore, I'm hoping the film is OK. TIA!!

I’m using this one and haven’t had any issues with my polarized sun glasses.

Have you noticed any refraction on the screen when you're wearing polarized sunglasses?
Nope, I exclusively wear polarized Ray-Bans and haven't noticed any refraction at all with this screen (or anywhere else on the 4Runner).

using the protech matte screen on our 23 tundra, my polarized ez-clip sunglasses, i dont have an issue with needing to tilt my head.

our 23 tundra hud, i have to slightly tilt my head to see it.

i will imagine the same will occur on my 25 platinum once i get a protect installed on it also.

Thanks for the link. did u buy for a 2025 4Runner? Says it won't fit right below "add to cart," but in the item title, 2025 4Runner is listed. šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

Installed both the 14’ screen and gauge protector this week, very easy to do. Took 5 minutes each, even redoing the gauge cluster one to recenter it. Not an issue at all using the spray either, doesn’t make a mess or anything like that. Thanks!

The screen Protech one mentioned in the first thread. Got it with the extra insurance films just in case, but honestly not needed at all.
