that is too much to list. what you see above is just 1 sub system. the amount of screens in GST is huge even when it wasnt GST and they had a stand alone version you could install on a laptop yourself.

there is soo much in GST outside of things you as a customer want to change, it also has all the screen for engine, ecu, safety, etc. you have to know what major/sub/sub screen for all the things you can modify in a vehicle and thats just one model.

toyota moved to GST (global techstream) from TS (techstream to weed out the hackers installing it for personal use, i had an old version zip file that went up to 2018 vehicles but since the 2020's toyota moved to a web based version that needs a constant connection to work)

here is a post from the 3rd gen tundra forums, as you can see, the list all the things you could change on a single vehicle is just too much info to actually have the time to post.

and if you could, toyota lawyers would have a say in that. that how poeple get banned from forums. any posting of techstream screens is proprietary info and toyota goes after people for that. (its actually a requirement you accept when you log into GTS, even if you do a 2 day paid pass)

i know of good guy that posted that type of info and promptly got banned by the forums by the toyota lawyers (aka ryan)

and a lot of stuff is changed just to do service on a vehicle not to just customize a function.
