How/where do you install fuses for the four factory installed auxiliary switches in the dashboard? I bought three light kits from Baja Designs and the Upfitter cable kit to use the factory installed auxiliary switches. But I don't find clear instructions on the fuses. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a video or instruction sheet.

Fuses should already be installed - since the connections are already there. Manual says that they are in the engine compartment. See this thread for image of engine fuse box: Fuse box and diagram. On cover diagram Aux no 1 and Aux #2 are second row top middle above S-Horn. Aux 3 is top row right of center. I can't find aux4 but its 10 A per manual.
(if yours is not a Hybrid it the fuse box might be a bit different different - pop it off and look at the diagram.)

The Baja Design upfit harness and wire kits have not been updated for the prewired/fused AUX set ups. I spoke to them and they were unaware that the AUX switches were already fused and relayed. I simply had to wire lights directly to the pigtail with no other connections required. They will update their harness and instructions for this, but in the meantime simply use direct connection wiring from lights to AUX pigtail(s). Assuming you have OEM prewired-AUX switches like my Trailhunter

MikeD - Thank you so much, I missed it in the manual and it didn't come up in Google.

Fredot - The sales guy for 4WD warehouse said the Baja Designs upfitter kit p/n 60-0109 was the right item to order.
I spoke to tech support at Baja Designs today. They said the upfitter kit p/n 60-0109 is the correct harness to tie into the factory installed connectors and nothing else is needed. I'll be installing the lights with my son hopefully next week so I know for sure pretty soon.

I'm getting ready to install a light bar and was thinking of using Aux1, a 40AMP fuse, but I'm not seeing anywhere in the fuse box diagram that there's a 40A fuse anywhere. Where do you see aux1? I only see aux4 and aux2 above s-horn and those have a 10/20A fuse. Am I missing something?

Good question.
Clearly I mis-typed and should have said: " On cover diagram Aux no 4 and Aux #2 are second row top middle above S-Horn. Aux 3 is top row right of center. I can't find aux1 but its 40 A per manual.

So... I do not know. Perhaps in the second engine fuse box? (sorry don't have time to research it right now.)
