personally i would go defender ltx ms2 or a cross climate 2 if i was looking for a street tire more than an off road.
tire rack has most tires broken down into different categories here...
the wheel size is not the issue. its the type of tire you put on. what ever you can get in 18s you can get in 20s.
the wheels size only matters when you dont swap the oem tires. 20s tend to be more street oriented for comfort and quietness vs the 18s come with more off road centric types...
i thought you would have gone with the vinyl inlays, cheaper in the long run if you are constantly changing them out.
could have bought like 4 versions of the vinyl inlays vs 1 set of the raised one's
hey at least they replaced the yellow wheel spare with a normal wheel spare.
plus it helps they angled the spare to help with departure angle vs the 5th gen being tucked flat.
true, but i couldnt wait and the carista one shipped very fast, had it by friday 10-16 ordered on wednesday 10-14 with free shipping.
i tend to try out changes in carista for a few days to see how they feel, so i use the whole month to test different things.
the wording is not the greatest to...
well luckily i dont have this issue like most of the country, i only get 87, 89 and 91 (no eth)
and my long trip to GA from ND, i only have 2 mountain hill to worry about (rocky hill area and cartersville area) crossing from chattanooga to atlanta driving down i-75
but this leads up to a bigger issue, for those using the digital key, you have NO access to your vehicle during a system outage. did anyone have any issues unlocking and starting a vehicle using a digital key?
i set mine up but, i havent fully tested it yet to go without a fob and see how it...
looks like toyota ramped up hybrid limiteds by a lot, and TRD Off Roads
looks like ND finally got another platinum for sale, estimated late nov to late dec delivery time frame
i would not advise to install a cam on the rear outside
unless its rated for water/dust intrusion
also make sure your pass thru power cable hole to power it is well insulated from rain, snow, dirt
the rear of the 4R is a magnet for dust, snow, grime, rain accumulation. its like a vacuum back...
the accessory exhaust tip for any BoF should fit any other BoF toyota vehicle.
they all have the same exact exhaust size diameter if i remember correctly.
edit : i say this with the TNGA-F bodies, prior gens i dont think standardize like they did with the new gens under the TNGA-F bodies
ie...
its mostly for off roading, the jolts and angles and what not dont lend very well for the tumbled seat to stay in place vs a vehicle dealing with pavement princess issues.
cant help it if you cant see what other people use the vehicle for and the engineers thought of that simple solution
85 is mostly for high altitude environments, 85 is equivalent to 87 at high altitudes. mostly see this in colorado
you can in a nutshell add 2 pts to 85, 87, 89, 91 at high altitudes to get a rough conversion to sea level ratings.
