Totaled my 5Gen TRD Pro... But is it? New TRD Pro Ordered

In the middle of October, I had what I thought was a fender bender with a person that attempted to make a U-Turn from the right lane in front of me. I braked and maybe got down to 15 mph when the impact happened. None of my airbags went off. The only thing inside of the cabin that broke was my heart. Insurance took a look and determined it was totaled because the repair reportedly would have been over $16k. The other driver's insurance paid out over $33,500. WTF?

Don't think that should have been totaled.

My son had a similar accident in a Ram 1500 that looked a lot worse than that and it was repaired to its original condition.

Amazing how the body shop was able to put it back together.

We still have the truck and drives like nothing ever happened to it.

If you care about paint looking good I would go with white again.... I have Everest and absolutely love the color, but the paint/ clear coat quality is really bad... it scratches ultra easy... I can't imagine black.... Not trying to be negative, specially in a time like this, just want to share my experience so far.

Sorry about your vehicle. I had an '18 Pro and enjoyed it. I now have a '25 Pro in Black and am really enjoying it. Lots more power, drives better, seats are very nice and the stock sound system is definitely an upgrade. I recently purchased a new Land Cruiser and am enjoying it as well. Haven't driven the Pro much since acquiring the LC.
