I guess the lesson here is to pay attention to what you are signing which apparently I did not do.
I bought my 2025 TRD ORP in August of 2025, I really have no recollection of a VSA being discussed, nor a maintenance plan. I am not saying they weren't discussed, I just don't recall them being mentioned and I am pretty sure I would have declined them given the prices I apparently paid for them.
I am at 18k miles on this vehicle and started calling around about getting a VSA/extended warranty before I hit 36k, so my first call was to the dealer I purchased it from who looked up my information and said I already had one and paid over 5k for it.
To confirm this I went to the Toyota VSA site and put my VIN number in and apparently I have the following items.

I am fairly positive I never would have agreed to any of that and they snuck those in at the end.
Nothing to be done about it now, it is what it is but what exactly do I have here ? There are no plan codes associated with those, I have no documentation anywhere other than the bill of sale that lists them on the 2nd or 3rd page.
