Replaced My Off-Road Premium's Matte Black Side Mirror Covers to Paint Matched Color Mirror Cap

Alright for folks with SR5s - I finally got the part number s needed for the Heritage Blue mirror caps without turn signal indicators. To get these part numbers, I emailed a dealership with a Tacoma VIN that had these on them and they gave the numbers:

87915-AK020-J1
87945-AK020-J1

These are for Tacoma but they are the exact same fit on SR5 4Runners. You should be able to find all the different colors for this same part by looking up AK020-J1 and finding the description with the color for yours. I just installed on mine, posting some pics here.

I wanted to get some side mirror caps to match my orp in Everest but they don’t make oem versions. ReveOffroad said it would be nearly $400 to color match as close to Everest as possible. So for now I’m sticking with the black

I bought 2 sets of OEM mirror caps and painted them Everest. My car does not get here until end of July so I cannot 100% confirm the paint matches. It should, but I don't want to sell without knowing for sure. If you're interested, I would sell mine to you for less than that.

passenger side 87915-28100-C4
driver side 87945-28100-C4

Glad I found this thread. Swapped my covers out today and love the look. I was going to buy the smoked signal lights but now I think I'll pass on those. The OEM light blends fine with the Ice Cap color.
