Thanks. A graded, gravel road is "off-road"? OK. Check out some YouTube videos about this road and the cars that do it routinely, no problem. What tire pressure would you have recommended?
Even on fire service road, I air down to like 20-23 psi. Makes it a more comfortable ride and better traction if needed.

Actually it is street legal genius.

When I take my sxs places I tow it with my NEW Tundra. I never said I am currently taking the Tundra offroad. I said it is my offroad rig. I just havent swapped the tires.

I live in a free state and go on 100+ mile rides across multiple counties in my sxs, and to the grocery store when I feel like it.

Move to a free state.
SxS/UTVs (side-by-sides) are street legal statewide in roughly these U.S. states, assuming the vehicle is properly equipped, registered, insured, and plated:

  • Alaska
  • Arizona
  • Idaho
  • Iowa
  • Kansas
  • Michigan
  • Missouri
  • Montana
  • New Hampshire
  • New Mexico
  • North Carolina
  • North Dakota
  • Ohio
  • Oklahoma
  • South Dakota
  • Tennessee
  • Utah
  • Washington
  • Wisconsin
  • Wyoming
These states generally allow a path to full “street legal” registration.

Some states allow only limited/local legality (county or city dependent), including:

  • Colorado
  • Indiana
  • Texas
In those states, legality may vary town-by-town or county-by-county.

States generally NOT allowing recreational SxS street legality include:

  • California
  • New York
  • New Jersey
  • Massachusetts
  • Maryland
  • Rhode Island
  • Virginia
  • Oregon
    …and several others.
Typical requirements for “street legal” conversion:

  • Headlights / brake lights / turn signals
  • Mirrors
  • Horn
  • Windshield
  • DOT tires
  • License plate bracket/light
  • Insurance
  • Registration/title
