Alpine speaker upgrade kit for 2025+ 4runner 6th gen (8 or 12 Speaker Plug & Play Bundle Install by Trail Grid Pro)

I already had the Beat Sonic 3T3 booster, but finally did the Alpine Speaker upgrade for my NON-JBL SR5. Man what a different system it is now! Really pleased with the results. I am not an audiophile by any stretch. I adjusted my gains on my 3T3 by ear, because the 3T3 is taped down and in place, so I had to reach back and turn the gain buttons by feel, because obviously cannot see them. 40 is about as high as I can turn the system up now before it gets too loud for my ears. It is much cleaner sound as well. Between the two it was about $850 but a huge difference is volume and sound quality from those cheap stock speakers. The weight of the speaker change alone will probably decrease my gas mileage! JK, but the cheap stock speakers felt like a feathers compared to the Alpines. I recommend the combo highly if you do not want to spend a mint for better sound.

So has anyone found a viable audio upgrade to the 6th gens with the JBL upgrade? It seems like no matter what 8” or 6.5” component woofers I look at are either not compatible due to sizing or ohm load. I have the Beatsonic installed which did make a significant difference. I’m still looking for something to fill the low end a bit more. The Focal component woofer options don’t seem to fit, but they seem like the most promising if there is a bracket that works.

This system is unique in the sense that the door speakers are broken up into component woofers only, and yet the JBL amp is crossover and requires a 2 ohm load. I can’t find anything that works besides the Alpine which is a hard pass based on reviews
