Took delivery of my TRD 2025 Sports Premium last week. Came with 20 in Dunlop Tires. Given the above posts I was nervous about the ride. However just completed my first long distance trip abt 800 mi. Ran it hard on I95 in va and nc. Had no vibration problems. Was a smooth and solid ride. Ran it a bit on some farm dirt roads again no issues. Just what the doc ordered. Also pickup with turbo was great, better than my 5th Gen TRD Trail.
Having put on 3k miles, I do agree with your experience. Never any vibration. Smooth but bumps in concrete pavement are noticeable. Have Falken AT on order with 17" Method wheels. Will report back on that swap in another thread.

Good to know. I'll hopefully know more tomorrow. I stopped by the dealer and they're already aware that the case manager is on it. My issue is the local rep officially said "no vibration" after the test drive with the different brand tires and refuses to visit again.

Tires were 43 psi. And it still vibrated. So, that's their stance "vibration fixed". After lowering to 33 per the door card, vibration is clear as day. Either way, they failed due diligence by not lowering them after mounting the new tires to the proper pressure, or, they knew, and found the psi that vibrated the least. I can't think of any other thing. And with that, they say "fixed"? And since the vibration still exists, why are they refusing service on it now?

It's in the passenger seat/side mostly. Wife doesn't want to be in the car. This has made it really difficult for me.

I should have mentioned i checked Tires pressure when i took delivery it was 34. The remote app also said 34.

Good luck it drives alot smoother than my 2015 TRD Trail so my wife likes it!
