I was wondering the same thing about just how much of a visual difference the lift would make and didn't really know until I saw it in person. My opinion, is it's a game-changer and feels much higher and bigger than stock, even more than I would have thought. It looks super tough. However, it's the combo of tires and the lift. I thought about going with the lift and smaller tires but I'm so glad I didn't. They're like peanut butter and jelly.

Tires: Toyo Open Country A/T (E Load), 35 x 12.5
Downside: Westcott highly recommends C Load tires. I couldn't find any on the timeline I wanted so went with the E Load. Ride is rougher than stock for sure but I'm coming from a lifted Tahoe and Tacoma so it doesn't bother me at all. Next set of tires I get though will be C Load.

Hope that helps!
Ah got it. Your combo looks perfect. Interesting to hear they recommend C load tires. Hows the gas mpg been since the mods?

Wow. Wild that they stoked our car with a tire that cant accommodate a chain. Ill probably end up with winter tires. any particular ones you recommend?
I have not decided yet. Keep in mind that the manual specifically mentions the 265 70R18 tires that are unable to use chains. I'm assuming that since we have Off Road Premiums we have the same tire size. Sometime soon I'm going to visit the tire shop I have used for years and see what we can figure out. Different size tire, different size rim maybe? From what I can see its more of a problem with clearance between the chains and suspension components rather than the body as the manual states. My real problem are icy hills on a lengthy private road. No sanding or de icing of any kind. I had to winch myself up before in my pickup. As soon as a manufacturer comes up with a winch mount I like that will be next.

I have a set of Blizzaks already mounted to some TRD Pro wheels ready to put on for winter use. I’m up in the mountains almost every other day for snowboarding in the winter and this set up worked well for me on my 22 Tacoma. I kept everything the same size as stock just to make it easy, and that’s more than enough ground clearance for anything I’ve run into in the winter (or off roading in it summer, but I digress). You absolutely do not need to lift or level to take the 4R to some pretty wild places.
