It was about as much fun as I was expecting. Nothing is crazy difficult. Just takes time and strategy. If I can offer one bit of advice, use microfiber rags as a wedge to keep parts separated while you undo clips. It is like having an extra set of hands.

Used 4ea Baja Designs S2's in Westcott brackets to replace the factory fogs. Baja Designs 20" S8 in a Rave mount for the lightbar in the factory location. You do have to modify the grill a little with a dremel but go slow and it will look factory. Took maybe 5 minutes to tape it off, mark it, and cut enough to make it fit and look super clean.

Everything controlled by an SPOD BantamX. Fogs are wired to an output switch and I ran a trigger from the factory wiring so they operate like OEM with the addition of via touch screen to stay on with high beams and it adds strobe and dimming capabilities.

Updated with wheels & tires specs:

Mickey Thompson Baja Boss 285/70/17 tires
Fifteen52 Turbomac HD Class 17x8.5 w/ 0 offset

Looks great! How did you go about calibrating the cameras?

You only move one camera and I'm not sure that I will need to calibrate it. I didn't notice it being very off yesterday at all. I might ask the dealership when in for service if it is something they can do. My understanding is they can do something in the system to tell it to use the PRO camera profile.

That is a great tip - thanks for sharing! I am doing this same project next, just waiting for one more part to ship.

Yours looks awesome!

Thanks. I didn't take any vid or pics doing mine because I wanted to concentrate on getting it done. I used the Rave Off Road video for reference as I did it. They cover most of it but did leave out a few screws and clips here and there. Still a great video to reference while doing it though.

I'm not sure I could do it much faster the second time but I could do it without much pausing to figure it out now that I understand how it comes apart. On the bright side, it goes together so easy that there aren't many worries when taking it apart. Just set aside the better part of a day and be patient. Small screw drivers and plastic trim tools are your friend. Lots of small screws so have some kind of electric driver makes life easy.

Oh, and if you think you're going to do this on the ground don't. Get a nice table, throw a blanket on it, and work on it up there. You really need to be able to see what you're doing and move it around some.

Did you have to extend the wiring for the front camera since you relocated it to the top grill?
