They forgot to give me mine. They remove them all and put them in envelopes locked up and I just went the next day and they gave it to me. I also forgot to give them my old keys so it was kind of like they better give me the speaker I am sure they got it stored somewhere

Owners manual is the toyota app. The spare key... I'd go get it, arent they like a couple hundred bucks?

My center JBL removable speaker was missing as well. It didn’t ship with the vehicle. This must be a common occurrence. When I picked up my truck, the dealer popped a speaker out of a new Tacoma they had and gave me that. Then I got a call from the parts department a week later saying my speaker arrived. Hah!

No. I told them that they gave me a substitute so they probably took the new one and put it in the Tacoma.

I was gonna wait until my first service. They said they need the car for a couple of hours to program.

I had the same experience. We came in around noon and didn’t leave until 7pm so the parts department was already closed and they forgot to grab the speaker. Our dealer just mailed it to us, three days later it arrived.

that sounds so weird..... I'll look into this but mine was in my rig and I arrived about an hour after it came off the transporter in February, one of the very first one vin 609 and its speakers were there already.

Yeah I was a little skeptical especially since there was a whole portion of the contract about You Owe, We Owe. And we even asked during the test drive about the speaker. I’m glad it didn’t turn into something more than a slight delay
