In reading the owners manual for the hybrid it seems like Toyota is being pretty picky about what gets plugged in to the on board AC power.
This leads to wonder if the onboard inverter is producing a sign wave or square. Are there any technical people out there, possibly with a scope, that own a IForce max that can check this out?

I have electronics that aren’t working either, I bet it’s not a pure sine wave.

I would love someone to test this.
I would do it myself except that an oscilloscope is a expensive piece of equipment.
There has to be someone out there that has one and can report back.

I have a scope but also only have an SR5. I could meet someone in NJ, or southern NY or northern PA.
