Looks great. I think that’s just the right amount of poke. I think the wheels I like of +20offset so they will be close.

Do you kick up any rocks/mud on the side of vehicle that would require changing up the mud flaps to different/larger one?

Before & After on SR5:

Tires: Falken Wildpeak 285/70/17 A/T4W SL
Wheels: Icon Alloys Recon SLX Satin Black 17x8.5 +25mm Offset
No lift
No rub

The Wildpeak AT4W are great.. they ride smoother than stock with a very slight hum. Not noisy by any means though.
