Rave Offroad sells them as an upgrade, so I assume so. They're a bit wider and lack the air ducts in the front, plus they're painted

Did you happen to reach out to Rave Off Road? You may also reach out to Ed Martin Toyota in Noblesville Indiana as well. Rave purchases from a dealer and resells. Ed Martin is a Toyota dealer and performs a lot of upgrades mostly on Land Cruisers and 4Runners

Rears will fit. Fronts will also fit but you would need to also swap the front bumper cover pieces where the front of the flare connects with the pro/TH style for a perfect fit. I had to do the same for my Tacoma. I do not have parking sensors in front, but if you do you might want to look into if you'd also need the pro/TH sensor mounting brackets. The tacomas also need the pro/TH wheel well liners (the felt material) since doing the pro flare/bumper conversion changes the shape of the well, but i am not sure if it is the same for the 4Runners.

Also consider that the TH flares come unpainted and are much cheaper than the pro flares that come painted gloss black. It gives you options going with the TH flares as far as color. If you want gloss black though the pro ones will work.

My gloss black pro flares are pretty beat after a year in service with all pavement driving. Fronts and rears. I have TH wheels wrapped in the stock 265/65R18 michelin primacy tires, oem pro/TH wide mudflaps, and had trd running boards for the past few months, but still the rears do take gas from rocks. The fronts, too, they get blasted by rocks. I try to drive with a safe distance behind other cars, but you cannot help when people switch lanes directly in front of you even when there's a hundred yards of open road ahead and behind you. Its like they know you just spent 700 USD on each of your fender flares and don't like that... I'm over it now, but man it was hard at first accepting and knowing that they stick out the sides of the truck the most and it is inevitable they will get beat up. Just something to think about for you. The gloss black still looks real nice to me and I have no regrets.

You can find probably find the parts online, just look for the descriptions that say "with trailhunter, with trd pro" or similar. The bumper pieces will come unpainted.

You can also go with Rave offroads kit, but in my experience it'd be significantly cheaper to spend some time finding the parts yourself and getting them painted.

I may also be biased because I have not had good experiences with Rave, having gotten sent the wrong parts and then still having to pay a fee to return them, but this is just my own experience. It forced me to learn to research on my own and now I'm a bit better at looking for the parts I need to perform the mods I want.
