Got my 26 TRD ORP almost 2 months ago, for a little under MSRP. Also did an extended 5year 75k mile warranty. Along with a trade in 2017 TRD ORP for about $26k.

3000 under MSRP a month or so ago. TRD ORP. No moon with tow tech. No add ons*.

*While there were no stupid dealer add ons with an addendum, they did order this car with a bunch of stupid shit I wouldn't have otherwise ordered myself, but it was the price I had to pay to get an ORP WITHOUT moon roof but with tow tech. Examples, "connectivity kit" and "dash cam."

We bought a '26 ORP last Friday. Spent the past few weeks tracking ORP inventories using AI and the allocation spreadsheet on this site. Contacted 7 dealers within 100 miles that had ORPs in the color my wife wanted (Cutting Edge). Ended up about $5k/8% off TSRP....and all we contacted offered at least some discount upon first contact. Probably could have done a little better if we were more flexible on color and waited until Sept. 29 or 30 to buy. This despite dealers starting with "well most 4Rs we have coming in are sold before they even get here". The winning dealer is about 100 miles away...and they deliver!

Still lots of 2026 inventory out there, at least on ORPs (there were 82 ORPs within 100 miles of us as of last week...and 10 had just been added). Weirdly there are almost no ORPs to be found without moonroofs in the eastern US right now. 8-10% off TSRP seems achievable, but obviously some regions different than others

In SoCal I talked to number of dealers last month. Most best case was MSRP and a lot were 2-3k over MSRP due to pain protection or etching or ect.. I was able to to get closer to 5k under sticker price.
Coming from a 22 Tundra I really could have used the "pain protection" for all the engine issues

Acton Toyota. Not sure how much was the result of month/quarter-end, but they were very straightforward and responsive. We've bought a car from them before, but it had been awhile. I even had them tell me to take a deal from another dealer on the last 4R we bought ...refreshing honesty
