Westcott Designs Preload Collar Lift Kit & Billet Top Hat Install Problem

Has anyone else had an issue installing an OEM (not the one with the additional lift) billet top hat with their Preload collar lift kit? The guy who is currently doing the install for me is unable to get the pieces to fit together. It appears that the billtet top hat is not machined properly.

Has anyone else had this issue? I ordered this part on 11/20/25. Westcott is telling me it is machined properly and should fit, but it obviously doesn't.
