Just installed some Wellvisors on my 2025 SR5 and am really happy with them. I ran similar visors on my 2022 Nissan Frontier which were purchased from the local Nissan dealer. I think Wellvisors was the manufacturer for Nissan and was happy to see they made a set for the new 4Runners. Picked them up on Amazon and had them installed in about 30 minutes. They're a tape-on design with metal reinforcement brackets which clip in between the window seal for support.

I’m trying to decide between these and the in channel Well Visors or WeatherTech. Anything in particular that helped you choose these over the in channel ones? I’ve seen so many different opinions on in channel messing with the window seal or taped ons falling off or messing up the paint. Thank you!

I'm not a fan of in-channel for any of the brands. They generally do not stay in place well.

Those are badass. I waited a month or more and finally went the Husky route, wondering now how it will work replacing them. Shouldn't be much, just some good cleaning.

Maybe I'll get a better answer here than I did in the WRX forum when I asked. Why do people use these? Genuine curiosity.

Main reasons:
  • Let fresh air into the car while keeping rain, snow and debris out
  • The look/style
  • You can leave windows cracked open while you park without the look of the window being open

I was right. That's a better answer.

I could actually see that being useful camping/overlanding.

I just wish I could stand the look of them. Not judging other folks at all that like them, just never been a fan personally.

I have a set on the RAV4. autoclovers, amazing design, looks OEM

main reason ? windows cracked reduces contained heat and if it rains no worries about windows being opened a cm or two

If we were on the WRX forums, my answer would be to let the vape out.
