tahara plant wasnt affected as its about 577 miles from the epic center, but the big issue was the sub assemblies they make for toyota there.

i did hear rumors that production was halted due to parts but they were not specific about what.

i had a post about this but it was pretty fell to the wayside since the tahara plant was so far away.

and another odd thing that was spoken out of context, toyota shifting to 1 yr toyota care might be offset that they would change the initial subscription service from 1 yr to 3yr or 5yr, but that a wild assumption by a service manager i know pretty well.



it doesnt jive cost wise to drop a free oil change and inspection for another 2 yrs of service (if you base it on $180 yr sub price x 2 = $360

no oil change is going to cost that much.

I got a wave maker pro last month 3k markup but they gave me more for my trade so it was worth it. I didn't order it, it was a car that was available on the lot.
