its not the interior cam, they just make the a329s 2 ch into a more compact version.

easier to hide since you dont have that display anymore, they are pushing you to the app to manage the dashcam now

Sorry, you're right. I was thinking of the T340 model with the integrated interior cam. I have the A139 Pro (No screen) for the Corvette and it's pretty good, but I'm having a disconnection issue when I hit bumps in the road. It has a much stiffer suspension and roads here are terrible. Still working with Viofo to get it fixed. They sent me out a new rear cable since we isolated the issue to the rear cam.

The 4Runner is pretty bumpy too, but the A329S just treats the bumps as an impact detection and protects the videos as it should. I just gotta remember to go back and delete those to free up space. I think I just prefer the screen on the A329S for checking quick details such as camera alignment. I can see that if you wanted to hide it better.

you can set the sensitivity for bumps in the unit so it doesnt save all those false recordings.

think its under g-sensor, it should have one for driving and one for parking sensitivity

set it to low for driving and med/high for parking mode

Yes, I'm aware of that. I messed with the settings quite a bit, but it didn't help. I found out that it happens when I slam the rear hatch in the garage as well. Sometimes it starts recording again by itself. Other times, I'm then forced to press record again or it just beeps continuously. I can run it with just the front camera and it's fine. I'll have to try the new cable and see if that helps. If not, I believe the rear camera is faulty.
