Looks very interesting!

Any chance of getting a comparison before/after when slowly climbing a hill in 4HI?
I did a 3 minute test like that, but haven't compiled the data yet and would like to perform a true offroad test instead of a 3 minute hill climb. The temperature was cooler but I don't recall how much. There's not alot of hills in Kansas!!

Im curious do you have the thermostat mounted on the transmission or one on the radiator? Do you have the tow package?

My TRD ORP has the small "in radiator" cooler and a small ATF-to-coolant heat exchanger "sandwich" near the radiator that acts kinda like a thermostat.

My truck does not have the Tow Tech Package which only includes towing drive assist, fancy rearview mirror and trailer brake controller.

I ment the OP but that does build some data, I have the same sandwich plate mounted on the radiator and have the tow package. Ive never had overheating with the trans while towing or hill climbs so im trying to see where the weakness is

Are you monitoring the actual temps via Bluetooth OBD or another method? Interesting to hear what the temps you are seeing.
I have not, it never moves from center more then a faint hint of movement on a long power pull uphill. But ive also moved a 9500lb trailer with it and still didn't heat up.
