The onboard compressor doesn't list in the normal parts catalogue section on our systems, it is in the customization part section which is poorly labelled. The part number I get matches the one above being PT949-89240, which has superseded into PT949-89241.

2025 4runner 6th gen Trailhunter Onboard Air Compressor Part Number (HELP NEEDED) IMG_0603

When I picked up the vehicle, I asked my sales, and this is the part number he provided. He stated it's the compressor part number for the TrailHunter model, but this number does not include the panel—it refers solely to the compressor unit itself and for sure can be installed on the trd pro. I tried searching for this part number online but couldn't find it; perhaps it can only be ordered by contacting the dealer.

I recently was given that part number as well as an additional one (PT949-89240-AB). That might be the panel?

I would like to know what the blue air hose (ish) line is for and what the silver braided air hose line is for?

Cory/Anyone: Were you able to find and install the Trailhunter integrated compressor and confirm that any of these many part numbers are correct? I'm yet again getting ready to go off-roading (and airing down) and hate to think I need to hunt for a gas station with air before I get back on the highway. We've seen so many part numbers and I'm just not sure if any of them will fit (and include the necessary "flange" to coverup the edges of the hole I assume I need to cut into the plastic wall). I may have to go with an aftermarket solution but I really like the idea of using that empty space that is filled with a compressor on the Trailhunter. Thanks!

If you want everything included the trim panel you need to order PT949-89241-AA.
I just ordered it and my dealership wanted $1300 and I found it online at Autonation for $899 with tax and shipping

@gydooya Interested to hear how the PT949-89241-AA install goes, as I'm sure others on this thread (and future viewers) will be too! I'm looking for the cleanest way to upgrade to onboard air and get rid of my old school standalone compressor that I'm lugging around in a storage bag

No problem! I just got confirmation that the parts have shipped.
