Toyota front tow hooks rating

Are the tow hooks/tie down strong enough for recovery? Are the 2 mounting bolts going to hold?

So I don't know yet on the 6th gen but on the 5th get they were not rated for recovery. They were really only for tie down/transport purposes. Not sure that helps. Curious also if the situation has changed

On the 5th gen many people used the front "tie downs" as recovery points, including very hard recoveries, and no one has ever reported a problem.
