The 120v/400w outlets are shown as optional on the ORP. However, I do not see this option listed on any of the Toyota options lists. This should be a standard feature for the ORP. Is the chart above in error?

Might be related to the 4Runner not wanting to overcharge the traction battery. Going downhill with no throttle input creates a lot of regeneration energy. If the battery is already fully charged the 4Runner may be trying to do something to prevent charging the battery more
You still need to use at lease 87 octane at high elevation since you have a turbo. While non-turbos can run 85 octane at high elevation, having a turbo with forced air means you need to stick with 87 octane.
The Broken Arrow trail in Sedona is a classic. How did your 4Runner handle the trail? Any issues with clearance, approach and departure angles? What trim is your 4Runner? Any mods (tires, lift, ...)?

A SL (standard load) load range is a passenger rated tire. It is fine for on road use, but off road you are taking big risks of getting a flat or having your sidewall torn. Join your fellow 4Runners in contacting BFGoodrich to make a KO3 tire sized LT265/70R18 load range C.
