Sport Mode - not working?

Picked up my 2026 TRD Sport Premium 2 days ago. Traded my 2024 LC and I'm excited to be back in the 4Runner tribe.
The first day, I played around testing the 3 different drive modes. LOVE Sport Mode.
Today, I can no longer access Sport mode. The dial just turns back and forth between Eco and Normal.
Anyone else having this issue?

Any chance you accidentally turned on Tow/Haul mode?

Definitely not in Tow/Haul mode. BUT, I did turn on Tow/Haul, then turn it back off and that brought Sport mode back. So weird.

Off topic but why would you trade an LC for a 4R? Value losses, sales tax, etc.

A couple of things about the LC really bothered me. (hybrid shrank the gas tank and cost me 4" in cargo space, no sunglass holder, and I started seeing Meteor Shower LCs all over town).
I've always been 4Runner, but the dealer offered me one of the early allocations of the LC and offered me more than I paid for my 4 yr old 5th Gen 4Runner (I bought it used 2 yrs old) - so I got the Cruiser.....1 month before the new 6thGen 4Runners started showing up and I wish I would have waited.
I drove the LC for 36k miles and they offered me 86% of what I paid in trade for the 4R - even up. No sales tax.
Very happy with my decision. Good to be back in 4Runner.

I spoke too soon. It's happened again off and on today. Sometimes, I can put it in Tow Haul mode, and switch back - and it will let me select Sport Mode. But not every time. It's a complete mystery.

Very odd. I always ride Normal mode so have never seen that problem myself. From the manual the usual issues are Tow/Haul, or you are in 4LO, which I doubt is the issue here.

Also does not work with MTS or DAC on, but again, you'd probably be off-road for that as well.
