Spare Tire Protection Shield or Cover (for Rocks / Ground / Ditches)?

Since Toyota decided to make the spare tire the lowest part of the vehicle from a departure angle-perspective, I was wondering if anyone found a product to protect the spare's sidewall from abrasion when crossing ditches or scraping over rocks? The only product I have found (HDPE disk that bolts to the spare) no longer seems to be in production.

or get a swing out aftermarket bumper replacement with a tire mount.

just make sure you get one with a camera(s) re-mount option.
