Hi.

Has anyone installed seat jackers on the 6th Gen? Both my wife and I find the seats quite uncomfortable and looking for an easy solution to our challenge. They are expensive so I would like to hear feedback from people who have installed them before purchasing.

Thanks

Had them for 6 months & I like them a lot. 5-7 hours road trips are painless & comfortable!

Agreed, they are pricey! I installed our drivers side yesterday, so far I am a fan.

I initially bought them to make more room for an under the seat sub (JBL), still trying to sort it out.

Every time I look they seem to be more expensive. It is like booking an airline flight!

Buy once cry once, I wish I had ordered them for both sides now. We are doing a light road trip this weekend, see how the wife likes the ride without them first and then will probably pull the trigger.

Excuse my ignorance but are these needed with seats that go up and down and all sorts of angles? Just wanted to get yalls opinions if this is something else that I can add to my rig lol

If you really want cheap just cut some aluminum bar and get the correct grade bolts (not just Home Depot ones). If you have a table saw it can cut aluminum with the right blade, or even just a hack saw. Most measurements are conveniently given on that Amazon page :).

Yeah I agree these seats are pretty adjustable going up/down and reclining, as well as forward and back. Jackers are used for one reason; for tall people that need to lay back further because their knees are high.

I am 5' 11" and I have no problem with the factory adjustability. So if you're really tall then you might need these.

I am 6'1" and just wanted to know what's the true purpose of these. In my head I see someone rolling over and the seats coming off because of these. But that is just my little crazy mind 🤪
