Rear door hatch latch closes very loud

I know someone mentioned this awhile ago, but does anyone find the automatic rear door latch annoyingly loud and abrupt. It shakes the entire back door. I popped the plastic off around the latch and it almost looks like the latch is crooked, not sure if this is the issue. Definitely should be quieter imho. If the seem on the seal is dead center, the latch is not.

yea its normal apparently, I took the bolts off the latch and tried to align it as straight as possible but didn't do much. Still very loud

Bumping this back up, anyone complain to dealer about this?

Mine is loud also. I did notice that with other models at the dealership for comparison it was blatantly loud on all of them I looked at. I personally don't feel that is normal. I am thinking this is a design defect that will surface next year or third year in this generation. Most likely out of warranty!! Just my negative thoughts here, hoping for the best.
