6,662 4Runners were sold in May 2025. The drop from the previous month is likely attributed to the QC hold that's been delaying deliveries.

Mine would have been one of the many sold last month if not for the qc hold. Wonder how many are on hold that would have been sold last month

I dont think this is entirely due to the QC. I have been tracking 3 dealers website inventory including on the lot, build, and transit numbers. They have increased 10-15%. They arent selling the ones they have on the lot. This is 1 Reno and 2 Boise area dealers.

Mine has been on QC hold since mid April, for a car that was manufactured in late December.

It’s finally been inspected for the release and freight to the dealer as of yesterday, but boy is that taking long.

Anyone knows the reason for the QC hold?
